Travel... An early June itinerary...

Frankfurt... this time around for some reason, lamb kabob was easier to find than bratwurst...regardless, it went just as well with German "suds"...

Amsterdam... if I were to be run-over indeed, I'd prefer it be by a bicycle than by a car. What's nice about the "city of bicycles" is... it's being ever on the go, yet maintains a sense of pace that's generally never ever "too" busy to ignore life's pleasant subtleties...

Wroclaw... a somber mood was obvious among the faces, as the Polish national soccer team play at the European Cup was dashing-in less than spectacular results... nevertheless, the Raclawice Panorama is quite a source of Polish pride... both the history of what the painting is all about, and the artwork itself...

Paris... remains least French during the summer months, so were the beignets I zeroed-in on. A comforting note though, autumn is next... when Paris is best...

London... to be avoided, the famous "zebra stripes" when driving along Abbey road (if one is a hurry that is); What is it about the "Starbucks" fascination, when there is in turn the local but French accented "Pret A Manger"?... (the latter which, by the way, now has shops in New York...a British invasion of sort in the making perhaps...)...

Cheers!
