Did you know that in Bulgaria a nod means "no"... and a headshake "yes"?  What's even further amusing now too is... since most tourist destinations in the country have seemingly of late been attempting to adapt to the western way, one has to now as well somehow first determine which version the responses are going to be based on. Could this, on the other hand, be your way out of a dish order you find yourself not so thrilled about after all?... :))
