Health, Wellness...

Earlier, I talked about giving up finding the nearest parking space... instead, allow yourself to reasonably brisk-walk regularly to and from your car. Now, I'd like to add the practice of avoiding elevators, escalators and moving walkways whenever possible. Up and down the steps then becomes your aerobic step workout...

Again, exercise need not be a "catch-up" type... rather, a pre-emptive activity to maintain body fit and tone. (Needless to say.... footwear practicality becomes a must.)
